TVXQ released their eighth Korean studio album, New Chapter #1: The Chance of Love, after a three year absence. Along with being well received by domestic record charts, this album ranked No. 1 in 13 countries in the iTunes Album Chart. Before the album’s release, U-Know Yunho gave a tour of his home in the Korean TV show 'Single Life', which shows the everyday lives of single celebrities. In the TV show, U-Know Yunho met with his best friends, including Son Ho-jun, at 85st Coffee. No Sin-hyeon, who has been a friend of U-Know Yunho since high school, is running this coffee shop. The coffee shop was named 85st Coffee because it would be a meeting place for friends born in 1985. The coffee shop owner said U-Know Yunho visits this place at least a couple times a week, as well as for special gatherings of friends. He said U-Know Yunho's favorite drinks are the Americano and Real Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie. A big teddy bear, which is the symbol of the coffee shop, was a gift from U-Know Yunho.

Whenever U-Know Yunho returns to Korea after staying abroad or meets with his friends, he visits this Jeolla-do-styled Korean restaurant named Haenamjip. It is one of his favorite restaurants, and is run by Hong Jeong-in, a friend of U-Know Yunho since elementary school, and his mother. The restaurant owners are basically family to U-Know Yunho and he calls Hong Jeong-in's mother Mom. Even though U-Know Yunho does not order a certain dish, the restaurant owners serve a variety of seasonal dishes and special Jeolla-do dishes such as seaweed dishes, octopus, cockles, grilled yellow corvina, grilled beef rib patties, and skate. However, stir-fried pork with deodeok, which is U-Know Yunho’s favorite, is a signature dish of the restaurant.

The place where U-Know Yunho and his friends enjoyed bowling is Spinn Bowling Center Garden 5 in Munjeong-dong, Korea's largest bowling center with 38 lanes complying with international standards. U-Know Yunho and his friends visit this place very often and many social media users post photos of him and his friends enjoying bowling here. This bowling center becomes a rock bowling center by changing its lighting and music after 11pm. It has a variety of amenities and is open throughout the year, 24 hours a day. U-Know Yunho says that the true victory in bowling is to beat a person with a private bowling ball using a house ball. As he says, the bowling center rents out quality gear.
