Clear skin, bright eyes, and red lips are nearly universally desired by women. Most people, including Hallyu stars, use makeup techniques to achieve these beauty ideals. However, it can be difficult to master beauty techniques on your own. Now, thanks to the Hallyu Star Makeup Class, foreign visitors to Seoul can learn beauty tips from professional makeup artists, for free! The city of Seoul is offering this special program for foreign tourists who love Hallyu; the program is one of the city’s most popular Hallyu experience programs. Each month’s theme features a different Hallyu star and different beauty techniques. A professional makeup artist will guide and teach the class’s participants, and participants will also have a chance to try out tips and techniques on themselves. The program began in June and will run until November. Each session takes place on the second Wednesday of each month. Let’s take a look at the Espoir showroom, which is where the classes take place.

The neighborhood around Ewha Womans University is called "Edae," an abbreviation of the school's name in Korean. Doll Doll Bakery is a bakery run by star chef Lee Wonil. Chef Lee is probably best known for his appearances on the popular TV show "Please Take Care of My Refrigerator." The charming exterior and beautifully presented breads and pastries always draws attention from passerbys, and the baked goods taste as good as they look. The bakery is so popular that there are often long lines by the afternoon. Fig and cheese bread is one of the bakery's most popular offerings.
