※ The actual region of the content is selected.Opened on November 23, 2011, the Park Kwang Hoon Costume Museum is a special museum, displaying over 600 garments, which are currently designated as Seoul's Intangible Cultural Property No. 11, donated by the Master Artisan of Needlework, Park Kwang Hoon, as well as more than 2,000 pieces of fabrics and accessories. A variety of Korean attires and accessories are on display, from swaddling clothes and ordinary clothes as well as wedding clothes and royal ritual clothes to shrouds for the deceased.
Located in the basement (B1) of the same building, the Natural History Museum exhibits as many as 135,000 samples collected for over 40 years since the 1970s under four themes of rocks, embryogenesis, plants and insects to help visitors learn and feel the nature around them.
ㆍ Park Kwang Hoon Costume Museum offers various arts and culture programs, including the traditional pattern gilt stamping class, traditional pattern drawing class, and jokduri making class, in addition to its main exhibitions.
