I read news about Gyeongbokgung Palace will be opening for night admission from Sep 24 to Oct 28 and the tickets for foreigners are sold on site. Do I use the integrated Palace ticket to enter Gyeongbokgung at that time or have to buy seperate ticket for night admission?

Thanks for your message. It will be fine to use the Integrated Palace Ticket for the Gyeongbokgung Palace evening viewing hours. The National Palace Museum will also extend its hours to 21:00 (but the last admission is at 20:00), and admission to the museum is free.
