In order to attend the SBS Inkigayo or KBS Music Bank you must apply directly at their websites.

The process is in Korean; you can start at the link that says "방청신청 하러가기." You must have a valid passport or a Korean alien registration card. Please keep in mind that seats are very limited and submitting an application to attend is not a guarantee that you'll receive tickets.
