Hi, We booked for tour at 2 pm today, but we got onto the wrong direction train, I think we can only reach at 2:30 pm. Can we still come and try to find where the tour will be at that time? Thanks. Joanna

We're sorry for the late reply. Usually the tour waits around 10 - 15 minutes for latecomers, but because there are other people in the group, they would have already started the tour by 2:30. The only way you can probably reach them is by calling the guide's mobile number. But even then, unless you're familiar with the location, it might be difficult to meet up with them at the right spot at the right time.

We hope you were somehow able to meet up with the group, but if you weren't able to, you might have to give up on today's tour and sign up again for another day.
