Jinseong Siktang, which has been selling kalguksu for nearly 30 years in Cheongdam-dong, which is said to be the center of Seoul, has been striving to be tastefully consistent since its establishment in 1990. The owner experienced countless failures in the early days of the business due to limited experience. Still, by benchmarking visited famous restaurants nationwide and through efforts to directly improve food taste, Jinseong Siktang was created.
Kalguksu, the main menu item, is made by boiling beef bones and mixed bones for more than 8 hours from morning to evening and topped with shiitake and red pepper. Jumbo Mandu is also made and consumed with fresh ingredients from nearby Garak Market every morning and afternoon. The soybean noodles made with 100% domestic soybeans ground every morning with a millstone are a delicacy in summer.
