Seoul Lantern Festival that has been celebrated in Cheongyecheon for the past 13 years is a festival displaying a variety of light sculptures based on Hanji lanterns. Presentation of lanterns in line with multifarious themes every year has been deeply loved by many participants.
In 2021, the Festival is held under the concept of "the forest of healing, Seoul colored with the light," aiming to heal the citizens tired of COVID-19.
