Validity Period&Refund Policy
  • The pass can be used for 5 years from the date of purchase. *Check validity period
  • Refunds are only possible for unused passes within 30 days of purchase.
  • Passes purchased through sellers other than the official Discover Seoul Pass site are
    subject to the refund policy of the respective seller.
FAQ
How can I activate the pass?
The pass is activated when you use a "free attractions," including AREX, airport bus, Seoul Bike, or when you receive a SIM Card.
Receiving a card pass, using eSIM, or using the transportation card function (Rail+ or Tmoney) of the card pass does not activate the pass.
Do I need to make reservations in advance when visiting free attractions?
All free attractions of Discover Seoul Pass can be used without prior reservation.
Can Koreans purchase and use the pass? Can a Korean purchase a pass on behalf of a foreign friend?
Discover Seoul Pass is for foreign tourists, and Koreans cannot purchase or use it. Even if purchased by a Korean, entry to
Discover Seoul Pass partnered facilities is not allowed. Koreans cannot use DiscoverSeoul Pass even when accompanying foreigners. Also, it is not possible to purchase a pass on behalf of a foreign friend.
What's the difference between mobile pass and card pass?
The mobile pass can be conveniently purchased and used with just one app, requires no separate pick-up procedure, and has no risk of loss.
Additionally, only mobile pass holders can use the airport bus (K-Limousine) and eSIM. The card pass requires a separate pick-up procedure but
can be kept as a souvenir and can use the transportation card function (Rail+ or Tmoney).
