(“Jeong” means comfortable, “Yeon” means relationship, and “Jae” means house) Jeong.yeon.jae was built here over 80 years ago in 1938. It was renovated in May 2019 to get closer to nature. *Beep* When the thick wooden gate opens, the sun shines on Daecheongmaru (den) and the breeze gently blows. A small bamboo garden welcomes you. Modern Geumja Our guestrooms are designed simply so that their appearances can change according to the items brought by guests. Complete your showroom for a trip that is unique to yourself. As Modern Geumja is an old and ordinary house in Seoul, we would like you to stay here comfortably as you do in your own house. It takes about 10 minutes (550 meters) on foot to reach the guesthouse from Sillim Station. As it is located at the end of the commercial area, it is close to convenience facilities but away from the noises. The host is well-acquainted with the facilities in the surrounding area. R House R House is located a 7-minute walk from Exit 2 of Yangjae Citizen’s Forest Station (Sinbundang Line) and a 3-minute walk from the Eonnam High School & Yangjae Citizen’s Forest bus stop. Guests can return to the guesthouse safely late at night. As it is located in a residential area, parties and loud noises are prohibited to avoid complaints from neighbors. R House comprises the 3rd floor, 4th floor, and rooftop. Up to five guests can be accommodated with one queen-size bed, four single-size beds, and additional mattresses. There are two bathrooms, one shower stall, a kitchen, two terraces, and two washing and one dryer machines available for use. Hair dryer, towels, shampoo, shower gel, tooth paste, and other amenities available. Refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, tea kettle, and utensils available for basic cooking on the 3rd floor. Cable TV, WiFi, tables, chairs, bedding, and home appliances available on the 3rd and 4th floors. No parties please. The host lives on the 3rd floor.

inwoo house ★ Inwoo House is located within walking distance from Anguk Station on subway Line 3. ★ It is a quiet and tranquil place with convenience stores and marts located within a 5-minute walking distance. ★ Inwoo House is a traditional Korean hanok that is open to guests only with an Anchae (main house), Sarangbang (reception room), and a yard. In the rooms, a double-sized ondol bed and traditional Korean cabinet with inlaid mother-of-pearl come together in harmony to add style. They have a kitchen and living room, and the bathrooms can be used without any inconvenience. The yard is small, but it can also be used comfortably. I’m Green I’m Green House is located in Bukjeong Village, Seongbuk-dong, which is famous for its rural atmosphere and beautiful scenery. Hanyangdoseong (the Seoul City Wall), which can be seen just outside the window, becomes a living frame all year round, delighting your eyes and mind. From the rooftop, you can enjoy the panoramic view of Seoul and the sunrise. We would like to have an atmosphere and facilities in which all of I’m Green guests can relax as if they were at home. Accordingly, all the interior designs and decorations, furniture, and accessories in I’m Green were constructed and furnished by the host couple themselves. As the name implies, I’m Green, which is eco-friendly, decorated the walls with ash wood that provides a soft and stable feeling and made the beds with the Douglas pine that provides a beautiful and cute feeling. The view of the castle outside the window is also a great pride of I’m Green. Hanyangdoseong, which surrounds the village, has long been a great walking path and is a strongly recommended hiking course. There is course that starts at Hyehwamun Gate, climbs Baegaksan Mountain, and leads to Sukjeongmun Gate and Changuimun Gate, overlooking Gwanghwamun Gate and Namsan Mountain to the south, as well as a forest path where you can walk while admiring the beautiful scenery of Seongbuk-dong to the north. The I’m Green Course, which was developed by I’m Green, is a course that encompasses the most beautiful sections of Hanyangdoseong and must-visit restaurants in Seongbuk-dong on the way back. It takes about two hours, but if you enjoy it while exploring the beautiful scenery and restaurants, the day will pass by quickly. The accommodation is equipped with almost all utensils that guests need for daily use. It is equipped with a TV that accommodates Netflix, washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee machine, water purifier, iron, and first aid kit. We are preparing good food and fruits for breakfast as a welcome gift.
