Sogni D’oro Sogni D’oro is located near Hapjeong Station and Hongdae, providing very convenient transportation. It has four large rooms (semi-basement), which can accommodate several guests.

Hongyougain All rooms at Hongyougain, a guesthouse at Eunpyeong Hanok Village, are available for rent as well as reservations for parties and small gatherings. (Accommodates up to 10 guests) Dates without reservation availability are days that have already been reserved. At Hongyougain Guesthouse, guests can experience the beautiful four seasons through the eastern landscape with a full view of Bukhansan Mountain. The guesthouse was selected a beautiful hanok in the Seoul Well Hanok evaluation (20 Seoul Well Hanok of 2017). The guesthouse is a sturdy hanok that was built in the traditional ㄷ-shaped structure using red clay. The hanok makes excellent use of its spaces by drawing in the most optimal view of Bukhansan Mountain.

Dajayon Hanok Stay Dajayon is a cozy, traditional hanok that is located between Changdeokgung Palace and Jongmyo Shrine. The old hanok was decorated for a comfortable stay by modern guests. Near the Dajayon Hanok are Jongmyo Shrine, Gwangjang market, and Dongdaemun Gate to the east, Insa-dong Street, Jogyesa Temple, and Gwanghwamun Square to the west, Cheonggyecheon Stream, Myeong-dong, and Namsan Tower to the south, and Gyeongbokgung Palace, Changdeokgung Palace, Changgyeonggung Palace, and Bukchon Hanok Village to the north. Located near old palaces and Seoul attractions, Dajayon Hanok offers a convenient and fine environment for guests to experience and enjoy Korean culture.

121 Bukchon 121 Bukchon is the house of a Japanese-Korean couple who settled here eighteen years after living in New York. The guesthouse is located on the main road in front of Choongang High School at the center of Bukchon Hanok Village. The street became known as Yonasama Street after the airing of the drama, “Autumn in My Heart,” and the house is clean and bright all day as it faces southeast where the daily sunrise and the Hanok Village can be seen every day.

Midam The old hanok was renovated into a family home which was then transformed into a guesthouse. The guesthouse offers a friendly atmosphere. The ㄷ-shaped hanok family home that faces south was made into a guesthouse. Thanks to its southern exposure, the sunlight falls on the guesthouse all throughout the day. Guests can hang out at the Toetmaru and listen to the sounds of the landscape and winds while enjoying the warm sunlight for a time of healing. There are many nearby tourist attractions that can be visited by walking, such as Gyeongbokgung Palace and Insa-dong. The host is always on site and guests can request help from the host at any time.

Haiyan House Haiyan House is located in the center of Seoul in Changsin-dong with a rural atmosphere and past memories. Guests can enjoy various convenience facilities and comfortable rest at the indoor spaces and spacious yard that offers a fine view of Dongdaemun Gate. Haiyan House was personally decorated and renovated by the host to create a warm and sensible space where guests can feel at home. The family-friendly and tourist-friendly Haiyan House makes an effort to advance its services and amenities to offer guests a satisfying stay. L-House L-House is the oldest city guesthouse in Gimpo. The guesthouse is legally rented to foreigners only, and Koreans are not allowed to stay here. The approx. 100-m2 space has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, making it suitable for a family of six. The first floor is comprised of five shops, and the second floor is used for lodging. There is a plaza with a large market and convenience store within 1 minute from the guesthouse.

Photo Park While working at KBS, the broadcasting station, I met fans who loved Korea during the “Music Bank” World Tour. To return the favor, I opened a guesthouse in Seoul to offer a clean and affordable lodging facility. Photo Park sits at the halfway mark of Namsan Mountain, which is located near downtown and Itaewon, and boasts the finest view.
