Songane Dakhanmari is a restaurant specializing in dakhanmari(whole chicken soup), a traditional Seoul dish. Additionally, the remaining broth can be enhanced by adding kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) or porridge for a more fulfilling meal. The restaurant is renowned for its hearty, garlic-laden broth. The founder previously operated a rice set meal restaurant near Cheonggyecheon and decided to add dakhanmari at the encouragement of regular patrons, eventually evolving into a single-menu establishment.
