Elysee Bakery is a bakery specialty store that mobilized all the capabilities of national confectionery representative who entered the baking industry at 21 and has demonstrated competitiveness for 38 years. The founder, Choi Hyung-il, the 1st CEO, started as an assistant at Napoleon Confectionery and went up to the deputy head of production. In 2002, he obtained a Master’s of Confectionery Skills. He is a bakery expert who participated in the world competition as a member of the national confectionery team in 2011. Elysee Bakery consists of the main store and two branches.
More than 200 bread and cookies created by constant baking and baking research are awaiting customers. All pieces of bread are made with high-quality ingredients such as wheat flour, rice, and animal cream, and the bakery has been certified as a trans-fat-safe bakery.
