All of the frequently asked questions regarding travel in Seoul have been collected and answered for your ease of reference.
A.(Answer icon) Any cancellations must be made at least one day prior to the tour date either online or over the phone (+82-2-6925-0777). Failure to do so will result in loss of privileges and you will not be able to make any future reservations.
A.(Answer icon) Yes, tours are available year-round, but please keep in mind that certain tourist attractions are not. In the case of rain, tours go on as planned. However, in the case of extreme weather conditions, tours are automatically cancelled. However, it would be best to contact your tour guide on the day of the tour.
A.(Answer icon) As these tours are not private tours but are open to everyone, it would not be possible to change them to suit any one person.
Please keep in mind that these tours have been designed to offer you the best tour experience possible.
A.(Answer icon) A text message will be sent to your mobile phone(Phone Number in Korea) once your reservation has been made.
You may also view your reservation online. VisitSeoul.net members may view their reservations on their My Reservation page.
A.(Answer icon) Yes. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late without prior notice, your reservation will be cancelled. (Not applicable to groups of 100 or more, as large parties must make reservations separately over the phone.)
A.(Answer icon) Yes. As the tour guides are volunteers, they are not always available. To ensure that tour guides will be available at the time and day of the desired tour, reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance.
A.(Answer icon) No, you do not. The tour guides are volunteers and therefore do not need to be paid for their services.
However, admission fees to the royal palaces and other tourist attractions are not included in the tours and must be paid for.
