All of the frequently asked questions regarding travel in Seoul have been collected and answered for your ease of reference.

If you provide a reason for canceling your membership and enter your password, your membership will be canceled.
While you may still be able to sign up for a membership again after you cancel it, you will not be able to use the previous e-mail address again.
All of your service information will be deleted once you cancel your membership.

We currently operate tourist information centers to provide information at major tourist destinations in Seoul, such as Incheon Airport, Gimpo Airport, Gangnam, Myeongdong, Yongsan, Itaewon, Jamsil, and Hongdae. A.(Answer icon) The Seoul walking tours is a free guided tour program (sponsored by the City of Seoul) that takes you to major tourist sites. The tours are conducted by insightful guides with extensive knowledge in the history and culture of Seoul. Online reservations are available, but must be made at least 3 days in advance. No prior reservations are required for a walking tour guide (Lanuages: Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese).

The tours are conducted in Korean, English, Japanese, and Chinese.
