All of the frequently asked questions regarding travel in Seoul have been collected and answered for your ease of reference.

A.(Answer icon) Yes. Click "Book now" on the page of the product you are interested in and you will be taken to the One More Trip website. After choosing your preferred options, you can pay for your trip.

However, you will not be able to use functions such as the wish list, the shopping cart and the review function as a non-member.
A.(Answer icon) is a service site that relays hotel information, rankings, and comparisons through a third party site like TripAdvisor.

Hotel reservations and payments are handled by each hotel or travel agency website and is not responsible for hotel search results or bookings.

Please check the terms and conditions regarding reservations, payments, refunds, etc. on the booking website before making reservation.
A.(Answer icon) The rates shown on this site are average costs provided by third party sites and may not include tax and additional fees. Taxes and additional fees that are shown are estimated costs.
Clicking “Read More” and “Book Now” will redirect you to the booking site where you can check the exact cost and other information regarding the hotel’s location, reviews, etc.
A.(Answer icon) Your user name is your email address used at time of registration. If you are having problems signing in with your current email address, we may have an older address for you that you used to book previously.
If you have recently changed email addresses, please try to sign in with your previous address and update your account information on your Manage your account page.
Password: We've all been there, so don't worry. Resetting your password couldn't be easier: Click on the "sign in" link on our homepage, enter your email address, select the "I've forgotten my password" option, and click "Continue." We will send a password reset link to the email address you used to register your account.
A.(Answer icon) Yes. Give us a call, and we’ll try to change the booking for you. Remember, any changes are subject to the terms and conditions you agreed to when you made the booking, and the hotel may not be able to refund you for any nights you don’t end up staying.
If you chose to pay at the hotel when you made your booking, you’ll need to contact the hotel directly to change the length of your stay.
A.(Answer icon) Both of double and twin rooms are for two people’s occupancy. But, double room contains 1 double or queen size bed and twin room contains 2 single size beds.
